NBL Capital & Equity Management Ltd. (NBL CEML), is a full-fledged Merchant Bank. It is a fully owned subsidiary of National Bank Limited, country's one of the largest private commercial bank. NBL CEML was incorporated as a private limited company with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC), Dhaka under Companies Act, 1994 on February 01, 2010. The Company obtained full-fledged Merchant Banker Certificate from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on June 09, 2011. It is also a custodian Depository Participant of Central Depository of Bangladesh Limited.
